Established in August 1964, with the registered capital of ￥205.6 million, Yinzhou Construction (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., which is located in the central area of Yinzhou, Ningbo City, has become a comprehensive joint-equity enterprise integrating construction, real estate development, premixed concrete products, steel mould rental and material test center. At present, the company has the Grade-I qualification of the general contractor of housing construction projects and the specialized contractor of architectural decoration and finishing projects; the Grade-II qualification of the general contractor of municipal public works, the specialized contractor of ground and foundation projects, and the specialized contractor of electromechanical equipment installation projects; the Grade-III qualification of the general contractor of urban garden greening projects, specialized contracting for fire-fighting equipments, curtain wall design and construction, and real estate development. The company now has over 3800 employees including more than 450 technical and management staffs specialized in various projects and over 100 staffs with medium or senior technical titles or above.
